My name is Nicole Cramer-Richardson and I joined Dogtech in 2008 to help people improve their relationship with their dogs. I received a Dogtech Training Award at the 2009 Dogtech Conference of the Stars  in Melbourne.

Unique Training Methods: Dogtech Instructors employ the unique training methods developed by John Richardson, Founder of Dogtech and author of the best selling books, The Dog Whisperer and Whispers of Wisdom.

In-home training: I will visit you in your home both for your convenience and to better understand your dogs problems in his/her own environment. After discussing your doggy problems and assessing your dogs behaviour, we will formulate an easy to follow program especially for you and your furry friend. All Dogtech training is gentle, positive, and reward based –no use of any harsh methods.

Puppy School: As well as In-home training, I also hold Puppy Schools at Passion for Pets in Carrum Downs. These classes are filled with helpful information for raising a happy, well behaved puppy. Class sizes are kept small so no one gets lost in the crowd and all questions can be addressed. Reservations are essential.

Group Adolescent Classes: On Saturday mornings I conduct Group Adolescent Classes at Passion for Pets and on Saturday afternoon at Mt. Martha Veterinary Clinic. These classes are a great time to learn how to train your adolescent dog in a controlled environment with a group of other dog lovers, who all share the same challenges. Reservations are essential.

Thank you (and Dogtech) very much Nicole for your professional advice with our dogs Louie and Samson!

Louie is 7 years old and Samson is 1 year old. About one month ago they started fighting with each other and all we could do is keep them separated.

It kept a lot of pressure on our family because we did not know why they were fighting.

Since we have discovered Dogtech and had our appointments to get your advice, the dogs have become normal again and play together like before.

You picked the problem that we had within the first hour of our meeting just by watching me and Louie’s behaviour together.

Dear Nicole,

I would like to thank you for your time and support recently. It has been over 20 years since I have had a puppy. It was wonderful to have you guide me in the right way to bring up my new puppy, Bessie. i was amazed at how much information there is to know. All that is left to do is for me to follow the rules, which though there seems to be many, they are very easy and are starting to become second nature.

We are now a few weeks on from our session and Bessie is wonderful. There have not been any major problems and if it looks like something is going to start, I step up and deal with it. (You would be proud of me!!)
