The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals WA (Inc.) was formed in Western Australia in 1892 and has the responsibility for administering The Animal Welfare Act of 2002.

Objects

To promote kindness to animals
To prevent or suppress cruelty to animals
To do all lawful acts as the Society may consider conductive or incidental to the attainment of these objects
